Who we are

SideOut Pro is operated by Nexint Technology Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account information — your name and email address, and the credentials used to sign in.
Team & roster data — teams, players, jerseys, positions, schedules, and club affiliations you create or are invited to.
Scoring & stats — the match events, scores, and statistics you record using the app.
Payment data — paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own terms.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate SideOut Pro — to run live scoring, build your stats and leaderboards, manage rosters and schedules, process subscriptions, secure your account, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.

Transactional email

We send account and service email — for example, sign-up confirmations, password resets, team invites, and billing receipts — using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES). These are operational messages tied to your use of the service.

Data sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service: with processors like Stripe (payments) and Amazon SES (email), and within your own team or club according to each member’s role (for example, coaches, granted scorekeepers, and guardians linked to a player). We do not sell personal information.

Retention & deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

Children's & guardian-managed players

Player profiles on SideOut Pro are created and managed by the team’s coaches and by guardians. A guardian links to and manages the player profiles in their care through an email-bound invitation, and controls access to that player’s information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
