Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of SideOut Pro, a volleyball scoring and team-management application operated by Nexint Technology Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, the “Company”). By creating an account or using SideOut Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to hold an account. Players are added and managed by their coaches and guardians; guardians link to and manage the player profiles in their care.

Use SideOut Pro only for its intended purpose — scoring matches, tracking stats, and running your team. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, interfere with its operation, or use it to harass others or violate the law.

SideOut Pro offers a free tier and paid plans (Coach and Club). Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Paid plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active through the end of the current paid period. Taxes may apply.

SideOut Pro, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by the Company and its licensors. The team, roster, scoring, and stat data you enter remains yours; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you.

SideOut Pro is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using SideOut Pro and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — counsel to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
